Many companies cooperate for years, the contractors have a trusting relationship. Often, the interests of the parties are represented by persons who do not have a power of attorney to perform certain actions. If the cooperation continues without incident, everyone is happy with this situation. And if disputes begin, companies have a question about the credentials of these representatives.
